The Executive Board shall consist of the President, First Vice President,
one Vice President, each from the Department of State, the Agency for
International Development, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation,
and a Secretary, Treasurer, Chief Steward, and one Second Vice President
from each unit, which has won an Exclusive Recognition Election.
The Executive Board shall devise and initiate such actions as may be
necessary in the interim between the local meetings; but such actions
shall not be inconsistent with the objectives of the Federation and shall
be subject to local approval.
